Frequently Asked Questions
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes — passengers 21+ can bring their own drinks (BYOB). No drugs, no smoking on the bus, and the driver doesn't drink. Coolers fit in the rear storage area.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a 50% deposit holds your date. Without it, we can't add you to the schedule. The remaining balance is due by 7pm the day before your event. Deposits are 100% refundable if canceled 31+ days out, 50% refundable 15–30 days out, and non-refundable within 2 weeks of the event.
How are billable hours counted?
The clock starts at your scheduled pickup time and ends when we drop the last passenger. There's a 4-hour minimum. If you go over, additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at the same hourly rate — we'll always tell you before extending.
Are restroom stops allowed on longer trips?
The bus doesn't have an onboard restroom, so yes — quick gas station or rest area stops are part of the trip on longer rides. Just let the driver know.
How do I pay?
We accept credit and debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal — and as always, cash is king.
